Data we process
Data of family members or third parties (your Tribe): if you share birth data of another person (such as a partner, family member or friend) to explore your relational bond or synastry, you confirm that you have their permission or a legitimate personal/family relationship to do so. Such data is used exclusively within your private space for the readings you request, is never shared with that person or with third parties, and you or the concerned person may request its immediate erasure at any time by writing to david@homouniversalis.ai (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Purposes
Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for data you voluntarily share that may reveal health or intimate aspects, your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You give this consent when you accept the opening pact, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Processors (providers that process data on our behalf): Google (Gemini API / Google Cloud, AI generation, EU/US), Supabase (database, US – Ohio), Railway (application servers, US), Stripe (payments, EU/US), Meta/WhatsApp and Telegram (messaging), Cloudflare (website hosting, global). Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention: for as long as you keep your account; we delete the data after 24 months of inactivity. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to david@homouniversalis.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Minimum age: 18.
1. The service. Viveka answers on WhatsApp and Telegram. Each interaction uses seeds according to its energy (text, voice or image).
2. Welcome. Accepting the opening pact gives you 360 free seeds, which do not expire.
3. Orbits (seed packages, one-off payment, no automatic renewal):

4. Expiry and the Granary of Persephone. Orbit seeds expire on the same day of the following month. A new purchase before expiry adds the seeds and restarts the period. Unspent seeds at the end of the cycle pass to the Granary of Persephone to fund welcome gifts and solidarity scholarships for new souls. Seeds are not money, are not refundable in cash and are not transferable.
5. Payment. Processed by Stripe. Payment links expire after 24 hours.
6. Acceptable use. You may not use the service for illegal activities or harassment, or to attempt to manipulate or extract the system.
7. No professional advice. The content is for guidance and entertainment and does not replace doctors, psychologists, lawyers or financial advisers. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services (112 in the EU).
8. Liability. The service is offered in beta and may have interruptions or errors.
9. Governing law. Spanish law. Consumers may use the courts of their place of residence.
If you have not used any seed from an Orbit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to david@homouniversalis.ai. Once any seed has been used, the digital content is considered supplied and there is no refund (Art. 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), except in case of a technical error on our side.
